Hello,
We were recently notified that two locations that serve as polling places in Saint
Paul will no longer be available for the August Primary and the November
Presidential Election. As a result, we recommend that you designate the below
locations to serve as the polling places per MN Statutes 204B.175. If approved, we
will notify voters in the manner described in law. This will include social media
posts, a direct mailing to the impacted voters, and postings at the previous polling
locations. Please reach out if you’d like to discuss these further.

1.	Saint Paul Precinct 4-6, Hidden River Middle School ( 1700 Summit Ave,
55105) notified our office that they are no longer able to serve as a
polling place due to a very large construction project at this
building. Based on our survey of the location, and in accordance with
State and Federal requirements, we suggest you establish Merriam Park
Library (1831 Marshall Ave. 55104) as the new polling location for this
precinct.

2.	Saint Paul Precinct 7-5, Cerenity Marian Care Center (200 Earl St,
55106) notified our office that they are no longer able to serve as a
polling place due to construction. Based on our survey of the location,
and in accordance with State and Federal requirements, we suggest you
establish Mounds Theatre (1029 Hudson Rd, 55106) as the new polling
location for this precinct.
